Kids Summer Cooking Camp + Teens Culinary Camp

Description: Cuisine Classique Cooking School is hosting two camps this summer, one for kids and another for teens!
Kids camp, weekly June 5-July 31 for kids ages 5-12.
Shout out to our Kid Chefs, we have lots of fun planned for this summer’s camps. Miss Laurel will be back to lead the fun! Each day in Kid Chefs camp we “visit” a different state or country and prepare at least three recipes from that region. We learn knife skills, different cooking techniques and how to measure and weigh foods and follow a recipe. But wait, that’s not all, we also divide into teams and everyday each team has different members prepare bagels to order for their team members, snacks, and of course team clean! This year we have also added photographers, so we can document our fabulous food and fun! Every Kid Chef receives a folder with all the recipes and a chef’s hat! On Fridays we celebrate with a pool party and receive our certificates. We are looking forward to cooking up some great fun in our 20th year! See you soon -Miss Mardi.
Teen camp, June 26 and July 10 for kids ages 11-18.
Teens will learn knife skills and cooking techniques in our two 1-week camps. Each week has different menus. Teens will learn to prepare 5 full meals during the week. They will eat what we cook (if they want). A certificate will be awarded at the end of the week. Fun, with optional swimming on Friday.
